Terms of Service

By booking a service with our company, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services & Pricing

Our services are priced based on the type of cleaning required. Please see our hourly rates and minimum booking times below:

• Basic Cleaning: $40 per hour, with a minimum of 3 hours per service.
• Deep Cleaning: $45 per hour, with a minimum of 5 hours per service.
• Move-In/Move-Out & One-Time Cleaning: $47 per hour, with a minimum of 6 hours per service.

Please note that these are estimated times. The final cost may vary depending on the actual time required to complete the job. We have no hidden fees or contracts.

We will send a team of two cleaners for each service. The total time billed is based on the combined hours worked by the team. For example, if a job takes 3 hours to complete, the total time billed will be 6 hours (2 cleaners x 3 hours each), ensuring the job is finished efficiently while you still pay the full price for the 6 hours.

2. Discounts

• First-Time Clients: We offer a one-time 10% discount for all new clients.
• Referral Program: If you refer a friend who books a cleaning service, you’ll receive an additional 10% discount on your next cleaning. This discount will be applied once your friend’s booking is completed.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.
